The Blaze Starts the School Year Off on Fire

TSU Radio is starting the year off with plenty of new additions to the station and the team. New members, a new website and new spins on classic events are getting students hyped about Homecoming 2015! With an all-new Executive Board, the station is being lead by a diverse group of both young men and women with plans to keep things fresh and exciting.

The new members include Tajaya Desiree of Nashville, Kareese Clemons of Clarksville, Jericka Webster of Memphis, Edmond Redmond of Birmingham and Jordan Gaither of Atlanta, Ga. Each member has extensive hands-on experience in various activities such as deejaying, public speaking, audio engineering, hosting, as well as sports and music news that bring different skills and personality strengths to the team.

Along with a new Executive Board, TSU Radio has a brand-new website featuring great new additions including live streaming, a schedule of the all shows on-air and a calendar that keeps students up to date on upcoming events and competitions.

The website also features links to all of TSURadio’s social media so that students, alumni, and supporters don’t ever miss a beat. With a large variety of shows available for streaming, TSU Radio has something to cater to all tastes. Some of the hit shows included on the station’s roster are Kalani Radio, The Chop Shop and Untitled Radio. Not only is The Blaze encouraging more student membership and diversifying roles available to students, they are also involving the student body with various Homecoming giveaways including concert prizes and HC2K15 activity tickets!
